Hall Tache Ionescu is generally used for fairs, exhibitions, cocktails, often with Union Hall, which continues.
Bratianu Saeb hall into a buffer area containing vertical movements, stairs and elevators for access to Union Hall, considered the foyer of the hall itself. Foyer, flanked by the two components of vertical movement, has an opening of 42 m between two colonnade and two side vessels of 6 m.
